20067月毕业于燕山大学环境与化学工程学院,获得学士学位

20127月毕业于于中国农业大学生物学院微生物学系,获得博士学位,导师:陈文新院士

20127-20177月,在美国佛罗里达大学柑橘研究和教育中心(Citrus Research and Education CenterUniversity of Florida)从事博士后研究

20179-至今,扬州大学,生物科学与技术学院,校特聘教授

 

研究方向:

1. 利用比较基因组学、分子遗传学等手段分析宿主-微生物互作过程中微生物的进化及环境适应机制;

2. 使用高通量测序技术(NGS)及相关生物信息学手段并辅以可培养方法分析宿主微生物组(microbiome)群体形成的分子机理、微生物组与宿主互作及微生物组与特定微生物(如病原菌)互作
